My great-grandmother, Nonna Rosa, used to make this focaccia bread in her bakery in Piacenza, northern Italy. Today we still have this bread prepared and baked freshly to Nonna Rosa’s original recipes, using the finest Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Paul Ugo current Chairman Oven bake in 8 mins, microwave in 2 mins. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients

Tipo ‘O’ WHEAT Flour, Cherry Tomatoes (31%) Cherry Tomatoes, Tomato Juice), Pesto (10%), (Sunflower Oil, Basil, Medium Fat Hard Cheese (MILK)), Water, Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (2%), Salt, Yeast, Malted BARLEY

Directions

Baking Instructions -for best results heat your oven to 180°C/Gas mark 4. Remove the bread from the bag and discard silver tray. Place the bread on a baking tray and heat for 8 minutes. Microwave Instrucations – remove the bread and silver tray from the bag ( ensuring the base of the bread is still sitting on the silver side of the tray) microwave on full power for 2 minutes (800w). Remove cardboard tray before serving.
