    Product Description

    A rich fruit loaf made by soaking the fruit in Botham’s own blend ‘Resolution Tea’. ‘Brack’ is a fruited cake made without adding shortening. In Yorkshire it’s a treat with a little bit of butter and cheese.

    Vine Fruits (38%) (Sultanas, Currants, Sunflower Oil), Resolution Tea Infusion (21%), WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Soft Brown Sugar(Sugar, Molasses), EGG, Glucose Syrup, Raising Agents: E450i, E500ii & WHEAT Flour (WHEAT, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin); Salt.
