    Morrisons Cheese and Onion Quiche, 170g

    Ingredients

    Fortified WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Iron, Thiamin, Nicotinic Acid, Calcium Carbonate), Skimmed MILK, Cheddar Cheese (MILK) (14%), Pasteurised Free Range Whole EGG, Vegetable Oil (Palm, Rapeseed), Onion (9.9%), Red Leicester Cheese (6.6%) (Cheese (MILK), Colour (Annatto)), Single Cream (MILK), Maize Starch, Maize Flour, Salt, Calcium Sulphate, White Pepper, Nutmeg, Flour Treatment Agent (L-Cysteine Hydrochloride).

    Directions

    Keep refrigerated. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 1 month. Pre-heat your oven as above. Remove all packaging. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 18-20 minutes. Serve and enjoy. Oven cook – From Frozen. 200 degree C/400 degree F/Gas 6 25-30 Mins.
