Morrison’s Signature Crème Brûlée is a oven-baked French custard desserts with sachets of sugar. It is incredibly creamy and used for a cracking caramelised top. Just sprinkle the soft brown sugar over the creamy set custard and heat for a classic restaurant-style dessert at home. It is suitable for vegetarians. Its shelf life is 8 days.

Remove lid. Sprinkle the enclosed sachet of brown sugar evenly over the surface of your crème brûlée. 2. Place the pot under a pre-heated grill and leave to caramelise for 5-10 minutes until golden brown. 3. Carefully remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes before eating. 4. Serve and enjoy.
