An authentic Gelato or Sorbetto couldn’t be made anywhere else but in Italy, and that’s where, with the help of our Mastri Gelatieri, we craft our unique, award-winning Gelato and Sorbetto, as recognised by Michelin-starred chefs and food connoisseurs. Our ethos is built around using the minimum number of ingredients, all 100% natural and of the highest quality, with the total absence of artificial additives. Our Sorbetto flavours are made from organic biodynamic fruits for a truly exceptional taste and are approved by The Vegan Society. Now it’s time to taste it!.

    Ingredients

    Trentino Blackcurrant pulp (40%), water, sugar cane, strawberry pulp (10%), lemon juice

    Directions

    Take out of the freezer and leave to stand at room temperature for 5 minutes for best taste and texture. Best served in a Martini glass.
